Not Yours Means Not Yours
Every Friday, there?s this China man who sells bran puffs at the wet market. I’m a regular customer of his as his bran puffs are very soft and fresh. The bran puffs are priced RM2.00 per packet but due to the poor sales this morning, he offered me RM3.00 for 2 packets. It was a good buy so I happily bought 2 packets and passed them to my other half to carry while I continue with the rest of the marketing. By the way, our normal practice is I do the buying and he does the carrying.
When we reached home, I discovered that there was only 1 packet of bran puffs. Apparently my other half has dropped one packet along the way. Of course he denied and insisted that there was only one packet! So?..fed-up.
Thought I got a good bargain but now ended up a loser. Almost wanted to retrace our route to look for it but on second thought??well??it?s a small matter. If it?s not meant for me, then it?s not.
