Funny People

A lady and myself were trying to buy some preserved radish at the wet market this morning. She chose 2 slices and passed to the stall assistant to weigh. When he told her it cost RM0.70 her immediate reply was “Wah! So expensive ah”. I then passed the 2 slices of preserved radish I’ve selected to the guy to weigh. Mine came to RM1.30. However, the lady’s reaction surprised me. :shock: She took my pack commenting that my pack was more value for money and had the guy weigh it again. Of course the amount came to the same i.e. RM1.30! Apparently she seemed to feel satisfied after that ‘cos she took her pack, paid the guy RM0.70 and went off.

As I walked back, I just can’t help feeling quite amused by the whole incident. Marketing can be rather entertaining - all kinds of funny characters to spice up your morning :lol:
