One day we happened to witness this amusing scene at his shop. He was confidently emphasizing on the Life Time Warranty of a product that he was pushing to this elderly man of over sixty years of age. Suddenly the customer interjected loudly and humorously “Hang on there young man, is it your Life Time or mine? Mine don’t go too far now; if based on your life time warranty, it’s more acceptable.”

Our distributor was completely caught off-guard and dump-founded by the remark from this sharp and witty old man.:shock: He stood there scratching his head hard hoping to stimulate an intelligent response to his customer whom he suddenly realized could almost pass off as his grandpa!

Well, sometimes you do meet some tough nut customers who actually make sales life interesting. Anyway, the happy ending was he closed that Life time deal.:lol:
